Tally had changed her mind about the Smoke and the operation, but what will she do about all that now? Whose side is she on?
She decided to be on David and Shay's side. I guess since she wanted to stay in the Smoke, she won't do anything about the operation. She has learned what really goes on during the operation, and she doesn't want to risk hurting herself.
